Cut 1/4 of the large marshmallow and push it onto the bottom of the mini chocolate cone to create a ring around the base. Dip the base of the cone in melted purple chocolate until the marshmallow ring is covered and place it on a Oreo.

Add details to the marshmallow ring with melted chocolate or use skittles/starbust. Dip the top part of the cone (above the marshmallow ring) into melted dark chocolate.
