Slow Cooker Cottage Pie
It’s slow cooker season! my absolute favourite season and cosy meals are abit of me

Fry off the mince and then add to your slow cooker. Add the onions, carrots, garlic, peas, tomato puree, rosemary, onion granules, beef stock and marmite and combine.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Once the mince mixture is nearly done, Peel and chop your potatoes and add them to a pot of water and bring to the boil, cook until fork tender.

Add the mince to an oven proof dish and then.

Once the potatoes are cooked, mash with the butter and milk and a pinch of pepper until smooth and then layer on top of the Mince and then sprinkle over some cheese and then bake in the oven at 180C for around 5-10 minutes until crispy.
