BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese

This was better than I ever expected it to be! I slow cooked the pork for 8 hours, it was so tender it fell apart😍 unbelievable! Give this one a save! You won’t regret it 📌

    Add the Pork Shoulder, Passata, BBQ Sauce & Water to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

    Once the pork is nearly done, add the macaroni to a pan of boiling salted water and cook until cooked through.

    In a pot add the butter and melt, spoon in the plain flour and stir to make a paste, slowly pour in the milk whilst continuously stirring and then once warm add in the cheese and continue to stir until thickened.

    Take off the heat and then drain the cooked pasta and add to the cheese sauce and mix, pour into an oven proof dish, sprinkle over the grated Mozzarella and smoked paprika and then bake in the oven at 180C for about 8 minutes until the cheese has melted and gone crispy.

    Once the pork is cooked, shred it with two forks, serve the macaroni cheese and then spoon to Bbq pulled pork on top.
