Crispy Bacon Double Cheeseburger
This was BANGING! I love a good burger but a lower calorie one made at home? Even better
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Season the mince with smoked paprika, onion granules & garlic granules and then split your mince into 4x 75g portions. Knead to bring together and roll each portion into a ball.
- 2
Add the bacon to the Airfryer and cook at 180c for 10 minutes until nice and crispy and then cut into small bits!
- 3
Spray some frylight into a frying pan and bring to a medium heat. Pop 1 of the balls of mince in the pan and smash down with a spatula or burger press (if you have one) until flat & round
- 4
Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes until cooked through, then add a cheese slice on top and cover your pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
- 5
Build the burger, add the sauce, lettuce, burger, Crispy Bacon, onions, some more sauce and then bun!
- 6
And that’s it! Enjoy!
