Spice Meets Wrap: Chicken Tikka Burritos

Chicken tikka and wraps come together in this fusion bite!

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the yogurt and seasonings, cover and pop in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to a pot and cook until cooked through.

    Fry the chicken in a pan over a medium heat until cooked through. Once cooked remove from the pan and pop to one side.

    In the same pan add the onion and cook until softened then add the rest of the seasonings and toast for 1-2 minutes, pour in the passata and add the tomato puree and stir, cook for a further 2 minutes.

    Add back in the chicken and the juices and then stir in the cream.

    Serve some rice and chicken tikka masala on to the wraps evenly and fold.

    Pop into a hot pan and cook on a medium heat until browned and crispy.

    Melt the butter, garlic granules and fresh coriander together and then coat each burrito in the mixture.
