Chicken & Bacon Ranch Style Pasta
This was actually unbelievable i love myself a good low calorie pasta dish!

Add the Butter to a pan and bring to a medium heat. Once the butter has melted add the Bacon and fry until cooked through, Remove the Bacon and pop to one side.

Season the Chicken Breast with, Salt & Pepper, Onion Granules, Garlic Granules & Paprika and then add to the hot pan, fry until cooked through and then remove and also set to one side.

Add your Pasta to a pot boiling salted water and cook, whilst the Pasta is cooking, in the same pan you cooked the Chicken & Bacon add Chicken Stock and deglaze the pan (that’s where all the flavour is!) and then add the Cream, Parsley, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Granules, Onion Granules & Thyme then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add Cheddar and combine.

Serve onto your plate and then cut the chicken in to strips and add the Chicken and Bacon on top, Garnish with Fresh Parsley (optional)
