Hot Honey Jalapeño Cornbread
Hot Honey Jalapeño Cornbread: the perfect fall recipe for this cooler weather! There are a hundred ways to make cornbread, but this one is hands down my favorite. It’s the perfect mix of sweetness and spice!

Add the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl. Mix & set aside.

In a small bowl, add the milk, heavy cream, egg, and honey. Mix well and pour on top of the cornmeal mixture.

Stir to combine, then add the diced jalapeños and stir until well-incorporated.

Preheat your oven to 350°F and place the butter in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and melt the butter.

Pour the cornbread batter on top of the melted butter and then top with sliced jalapeño.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, then slice and serve topped with butter & hot honey.
