Fermented Hot Honey
This is the condiment you didn't know you needed! It's perfectly sweet and spicy and pairs so well on chick'un wings, pizza or even drizzled on roasted veggies!

Slice peppers really thin (use gloves) and place in a jar.

Add honey until peppers are fully covered. If adding optional ingredients, mix it in at this time.

Cover the jar with a cheesecloth and place in a dark cupboard. After 2 days, remove cheesecloth and place jar lid on top.

Continue to leave in a dark place and pop lid once a day to let it breathe.

Place in the fridge after 1 week and enjoy.
