Pepper Steak
It has always been a dream of mine to experience fast, authentic restaurant-style cooking at home—whipping up my favorite takeout dishes with high heat and achieving that perfect wok hei. This outdoor wok station from @cuisinartoutdoors has made that dream a reality, allowing me to recreate those delicious flavors right in my own backyard. It’s incredibly convenient, and I’m loving every moment of it!

Beef Marinade

Marinate the flank steak with the beef marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

Heat the wok until it starts to smoke, then add 3 tbsp oil.

Add the beef and stir-fry until about 80% cooked, with some pink still visible. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok, then stir in the ginger, garlic, onion, and hot peppers with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 30 seconds to release the flavors.

Return the beef to the wok and stir to combine with the vegetables. Season with more soy sauce if needed.
