Soup season is officially here, and I’m so excited to kick off this series with a classic: miso soup. This simple yet flavorful dish is not only delicious but also packed with health benefits. It’s the perfect way to warm up and nourish your body on a chilly day.

    In a small pot, add the water and dashi powder. Stir until the dashi powder dissolves.

    Bring the mixture to a light simmer, then immediately turn off the heat.

    Add the miso paste, using a small strainer to help dissolve it.

    Add the cubed tofu and dried seaweed. Stir gently for about a minute until the seaweed rehydrates.
