Vegan Mac and Cheese

Because sometimes you just need mac & cheese.

    Boil noodles according to package. Rinse noodles with cold water and set aside.

    In a large pot melt the vegan butter. Whisk in the flour until fully combined.

    Pour in the plant milk and continuously whisk.

    Bring to a boil and let thicken while stirring for 2-3 minutes.

    Lower temperature, and add desired amount of spices.

    Add half of the vegan cheese and combine until melted, then add the remaining half.

    When the cheese is fully combined, add the macaroni noodles and enjoy!
