Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan)
Genuinely one of my favorite cookie recipes ever!! Using brown butter is such a game changer it makes the cookies soooo much tastier

In a pan over medium heat add the stick of vegan butter. Once butter is melted and beginning to bubble, begin stirring. Continue stirring until vegan butter begins to brown (it should start smelling nutty). Remove from heat and let cool entirely before starting the cookie dough.

Once butter is cooled, preheat oven to 350°F and line a large pan with parchment paper. Mix together the vegan brown butter and sugars. Next add the egg replacer (or flax egg) and vanilla.

Mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda. add the tbsp of plant milk and then fold in the chocolate chips.

Form ~1 tbsp sized dough balls on your baking sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes or until edges are just baked.

Let cool on baking sheet before eating and enjoy!
