Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour; 0.75 cups sugar; 2.25 tsp baking powder; 0.25 tsp salt; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 0.5 cups vegan sour cream (can sub vegan yogurt); 0.25 cups peanut butter (optional); 1.25 cups plant milk; 0.5 cups chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips); 0.5 cups coconut oil (melted and cooled, can sub other oil)

This loaf cake was so moist and delicious! Plus you only need one bowl to make this tasty dessert.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl add the sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk to combine then add the wet ingredients.

Mix until just combined. Add the chocolate.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle more chocolate on top & bake for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean!
