Strawberry Crumble Bars

A vegan dessert recipe with a crumble base and strawberry filling

    Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a small oven safe baking dish.

    Make the crumble topping by combining the flour, oats, salt, and sugar. Cut in the vegan butter using your fingers or a fork and set aside.

    Make the filling by combining the fruit with the sugar, cornstarch, flour, and lemon juice.

    Add half of the crumble to the bottom of baking dish and press down to form the base. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.

    Then add the fruit filling to the baking dish and cover with the remaining crumble topping.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble is beginning to brown
