Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a small oven safe baking dish.

Make the crumble topping by combining the flour, oats, salt, and sugar. Cut in the vegan butter using your fingers or a fork and set aside.

Make the filling by combining the apples with the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

Add the apple filling to the baking dish and cover with the crumble topping.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until crumble is beginning to brown
