Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Super easy to make, vegan cookies with raspberries and chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large pan with parchment paper.

    In a bowl cream together the sugar with the vegan butter.

    Next add the flax egg, vanilla, and salt.

    Once combined, add the remaining ingredients besides the chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries.

    If dough is dry, add the 1 tbsp plant milk and mix until cookie dough is formed.

    Mix in the chocolate chips and raspberries.

  7. 7

    Form large balls of dough and place them equally apart on the cookie sheet.

    Bake for 12-13 minutes, let cool entirely before eating!
