4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

These bars are no bake, only 4 ingredients, vegan, and gluten free if using certified gluten free oats! Definitely my ideal mid day snack

    Line a small dish with parchment paper.

    In a bowl combine peanut butter, oats, and date syrup until mixed.

  3. 3

    Add some vegan chocolate chips and combine again.

  4. 4

    Press batter into the small baking dish.

  5. 5

    Optional to add more chocolate chip!

    Place in freezer for 30 mins to 1 hour to harden or place in fridge overnight.

  7. 7

    Slice into bars and enjoy!

    Store in fridge.
