Brown Sugar Peach Puff Pastry Tart
Loving this peach puff pastry tart because you only need 5 ingredients & it comes together very easily!

Preheat oven to 400°F

In a bowl combine peaches with lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside and unravel thawed puff pastry.

Evenly place peaches overtop. Fold the pastry over the one inch border. Brush border with plant milk and sprinkle with more brown sugar.

Bake for 25-32 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown. Let cool before eating.
Notes
*I used 2 tbsp but you can use more sugar if you want it sweeter!
