Cinnamon Sugar Apple Bundt Cake

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a bundt cake pan with oil then dust with flour. Set aside to make batter.

    Start by peeling and chopping apples. Set aside and combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl followed by the dry. Fold in the apples.

    Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 40-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    Let cool in pan for at least 30 minutes before removing cake. Top with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy once fully cooled.
