Crunchy Peri Peri Crunch Burger

Give this DIY delish burger a go for a really good homemade burger!

Ingredients

Zesty Lime and Honey Slaw

    Crush cornflakes in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.

    Add to a shallow dish or bowl with panko crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

    Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.

    Dip each Woolworths Peri Peri Chicken Breast Fillet in lightly beaten egg to coat both sides.

    Place chicken into the cornflake crumb mixture. Press crumbs into the chicken until well coated.

    Repeat this for all fillets.

    Spray chicken lightly with olive oil and cook in the airfryer for approx 15 mins - oven at 200C for 20 mins.

    Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of your piece of chicken.

    Prepare slaw for the burgers by shredding cabbage or use store bought shredded coleslaw veg.

    Make dressing by mixing all ingredients listed. Stir through shredded coleslaw.

    Assemble brioche bun - Add slaw to one half, mashed avocado that’s been mixed with a squeeze of lime on the other.

    Top with chicken and a squeeze of chili sauce. Enjoy!
