Chocolate Crispy Slice

    Combine Rice Bubbles and protein powder in a bowl.

    Add honey and peanut butter. Stir well to combine.

    If the mixture is dry, add a tablespoon of coconut oil.

    Line a small baking tin with baking paper.

  5. 5

    Add rice bubble mixture to the tin and press it down firmly.

    Melt milk chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

    Pour melted chocolate over the slice.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate for an hour or more.

    Slice into 24 pieces.

    Store in an airtight container for 1 week in the fridge, or 4 weeks in the freezer.
