Don’t walk, run to make this easy chicken and chorizo gnocchi. You will be eating this on repeat.

Ingredients

    Slice the chicken, chorizo and onion and fry it for 7 minutes with a pinch of salt/pepper/chicken seasoning.

    Add the milk, 1 tsp of tomato purée, yoghurt, cheese, spinach and stock water. Keep stirring on a medium heat until the liquid condenses.

    Add the gnocchi and mix together.
