    Combine the protein powder, flour, baking powder, sugar free syrup, milk and cocoa powder together

    Add half the mixture into a greased small heat proof dish

    Then add 2 chocolate squares

  4. 4

    Then put the rest of the batter on top

  5. 5

    Microwave for 1-3 minutes or cook in an oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

    Enjoy with fruit or light whipped cream
