but make it vegan/dairy free

Chill your coconut cream in the fridge at least 2-3hrs before making.

Mix all the ingredients together in either a blender or food processor until bubbles form on the surface.

Pour in a loaf tray and add crushed pistachios/cracked sea salt on top.

Freeze for at least 6-8hrs or overnight, and rest for 5-10mins at room temperature to get the perfect scoop.
