Vegan Boiled Eggs

Directions

   Mix the milk and agar agar powder until dissolved.

   Turn on medium heat and bring to a boil.

   Cut the heat and mix once more to ensure all particles are dissolved.

   Fill the egg mould halfway with the mixture and set aside on a flat tray.

   Add the remaining mixture back to the pot and add the yolk ingredients.

   Combine and roll into 4 balls.

   Cut the balls in half and add to each egg segment.

   Do this quickly as the white will begin to set as it cools.
