Spiced Caramelised Plantain Foster

A hot take on the typical banana foster dessert, but with an Jamaican mashup and maybe slightly gentrified idk

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut your plantain lengthways and in half.

    Fry the plantain in melted butter on medium heat until golden.

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients minus the rum and mix well.

  4. 4

    Turn up the heat, add the rum and after it starts bubbling, CAREFULLY flambé and reduce heat.
