this is gonna be one of my new staple salad recipes I reckon!

    Hydrate the mince in the seasonings dissolved in hot water.

    Toast the rice until golden, stirring intermittently and set aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Grind the toasted rice in a pestle and mortar or food processor until it becomes a fine powder.

    Chop the rest of your ingredients and have them ready to mix in.
