Comfort food fall!!! Introducing your new favorite weeknight dinner (not to mention this is perfect for football sundays).

    Preheat you oven to 400ºF

    Thinly chop your sweet potatoes, coat with avocado oil (or another high heat oil) and salt

    Spread sweet potatoes out on pan, do not overlap that way they can get extra crispy. Bake for 30 mins and flip sweet potatoes over, bake another 10-15 minutes or until crispy.

    Shred your sharp cheddar

  5. 5

    Cook you beef, add taco seasoning

  6. 6

    Once your sweet potatoes have successfully turned into chips, add your shredded cheese & beef and put it back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes

  7. 7

    Pull your nachos out and assemble with all the toppings to your hearts content
