PUMPKIN SPICE SNICKERDOODLES
These are absolutely delightful, packed with pumpkin spice flavors and super simple to make!

Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt and pumpkin spice to a food processor and combine.

Add in lemon juice, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract and blend again until a uniform dough forms.

Roll the mixture into balls (this batch made 12 cookies).

Mix together the pumpkin spice and coconut sugar and coat each ball in the mixture.

Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten them with the bottom of a glass.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
