    Combine your oats, water and optional sea salt in a blender or food processor until smooth.

    Transfer the mixture to a greased frying pan (I used 1/4 cup of the mixture at a time) and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Add your favorite fillings and enjoy!
