Such a simple and fun sweet treat for fall, without any refined sugar!

    In a food processor, combine nut butter, oat flour, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree (or sweet potato puree if you prefer) until it sticks together.

    Roll the mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet (this batch made 12 truffles).

    Refrigerate the truffles while you make the glaze.

    For the glaze, combine melted coconut butter with room temperature maple syrup (or raw honey).

    Drizzle the glaze over the truffles, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
