In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, almond butter, cinnamon, fresh squeezed orange juice and maple syrup.

Stir in oats.

Stir in dried cranberries.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 10 minutes to firm up.

Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 6 cookies).

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375F.

Remove from oven, add flaky sea salt (optional), and enjoy!
