    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a muffin tin.

    In a large bowl, combine pumpkin purée, 1 cup almond milk, and 1/4 cup oil.

    Slowly add in 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt.

    Pour batter into greased muffin tin and bake for 22-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
