Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- 3
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the aquafaba until it becomes like a whipped egg white consistency.
- 4
Pour the almond milk, oil and whipped aquafaba into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
- 5
Grease the ebelskiver pan with oil and fill with batter until about 3/4 of the way full. Add your desired fillings (I used fresh blueberries this time)
- 6
Allow ebeslkivers to cook on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes then flip and cook additional 1-2 minutes or until both sides are browned.
- 7
Continue to cook all ebelskivers and once they are done, place them in an oven safe dish and bake them for about 10-15 minutes. (This will make sure the middles are fully cooked)
- 8
Remove from oven and enjoy!
