This is the perfect cozy fall desert or sweet breakfast! Absolutely delicious and easy to make!

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Combine wet ingredients in bowl. Stir in dry ingredients.

    Put apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, vegan butter and water into a pan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until apples are fully coated and have slightly softened.

    Fold apples into the batter.

    Fill muffin tin about 3/4 way full so they have room to rise.

    Bake for about 17-20 minutes or until tops are slightly browned.

    Remove from oven and enjoy!!
