In an oven safe dish, combine 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 4 tbsp flour.

Add the 1 tbsp oil and plant milk and combine until a cake batter forms and there are no clumps. Add in optional vegan chocolate.

Place the dish into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
