Sticky Pork Ribs

In a bowl, add the ketchup, sriracha, gochujang, and grated ginger along with 1tsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Mix until combined and then pour over the pork ribs until fully coated

Place into an oven-proof dish and air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes

In a frying pan, add the remaining 4 tbsp of soy sauce along with 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 3 tbsp maple syrup, peanut butter, and seasoning. Cook for a couple of minutes until it’s syrupy.

Then add the pork ribs and continue cooking for 15 minutes, until the ribs are dark and sticky

To serve, garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and red chilli
