The perfect prep breakfast / lunch. Pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes to warm and crisp them up.

    Cut up all of your fillings.

    Crack your eggs into a jug, whisk and season.

    Add your fillings to the egg and mix together.

  4. 4

    Slice your wraps and add to a greased muffin tray.

  5. 5

    Pour in your egg mixture making sure to not over fill.

    Add a tsp of pizza sauce to the top, with a slice of pepperoni and some more grated cheese.

    Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until egg is cooked and tortilla is crispy!
