Creamy Roasted Garlic Butter Pasta

It's World Pasta Day tomorrow so what better way to celebrate than with this creamy roasted garlic butter pasta recipe with @sanremosg Penne pasta which is made from high quality durum wheat sourced directly from the farmers.

    Transfer all into a tray and roast at 160C for 40-45 minutes.

    Remove the roasted garlic cloves, and when at room temperature, blend with 1 stick of softened butter.

    Store the roasted garlic butter in the fridge or freezer.

    When ready to use, Place 2-3 large spoonfuls of the garlic butter into a saucepan, add in 1 tablespoon of water and slowly melt the butter, gently mixing so that it becomes a sauce.

    If the butter splits, add in an egg yolk and whisk in on low heat.

    Transfer your boiled Penne pasta into the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
