Ingredients: 650 g stewing meat; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 large white onion; 2 leeks; 4 carrots; 25 g butter; 300 g chestnuts mushrooms; 2 heaped tbsps flour; 1 can Guinness; 1 beef stock pot; 2 tbsp tomato purée; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp Onion granules; 1 tsp garlic granules; 1 tsp thyme; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; Couple bay leaves; water (as needed)

Cook time120 minutes

Cook on the hob for 2 hours on low stirring as necessary
