3. 25 g butter
4. 250 g smoked streaky bacon
5. 500 g macaroni pasta
6. 250 g mature cheddar cheese
7. 250 g mozzarella cheese

Garlic breadcrumbs

1. fresh breadcrumbs
2. olive oil
3. 1 tsp garlic purée
4. 1 tsp dried parsley

For the béchamel

1. 50 g butter
2. 50 g plain flour
3. 400 ml milk
4. salt
5. pepper
6. 1 tsp hot paprika
7. ½ tsp cayenne pepper
8. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
