Slow Cooker Cheesy Beef Rice
Tried to make a reel of this earlier and it just wasnt reeling

Place the beef strips, onion, peppers, tomato puree and jambalaya seasoning in the slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high.

Wash the rice first before adding to the beef then add in the stock and cook for a further 45 mins on high.

Pop on the cheese and place the lid back on until all that melty goodness is ready.
