Put the rice on to boil.

Place the skewers in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 160°C.

Fry the peppers in the sesame oil and once slightly softened add the five spice.

Drain cooked rice and add to the frying pan, stir in the dark soy sauce.

Add cold water to the curry powder in a microwaveable dish and cook for roughly 5 minutes stirring occasionally until desired thickness. (You can also cook on the hob).

Dish up once rice has been fried for couple minutes.
