Chilli & Paprika Sausage Pasta
A simple and easy dish to make without all the faffing about. It was a really nice change from the usual chicken dishes I make

Put the pasta on to boil, add pinch salt.

Chop up the pepper and smoked sausage.

Fry off the pepper until slightly soft.

Add the seasonings.

Add in the smoked sausage, stir for few mins.

Take off the heat and add the soft cheese with some pasta water to loosen.

When the pasta's cooked, drain and stir well.

I added the chilli flakes to top off when in the bowl.
