Mascarpone Meatballs and Smash Potatoes

Directions

Fry off meatballs in frylight until browned.

Add chopped mixed peppers and fry until soft.

Add jar of aldi tomatoe and mascarpone sauce and stir through.

Add handful of jalapenos.

Wash baby potatoes and boil in water until slightly tender.

Drain potatoes and add @flavait garlic and herb seasoning.

Let sit for a minute.

Transfer potatoes to a board and squash with a folk.

Transfer potatoes to airfryer and cook for 20 minutes at 200.

Add salt, pepper, and a tiny drizzle of olive oil to potatoes.
