Easy Chinese-style egg drop soup with prawns, crab meat or crab sticks, egg ribbons, and a delicious creamy soup base.

    Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

    Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.

    Add chicken powder, salt, white pepper, and minced garlic.

    Reduce the heat to low and stir in the egg while stirring the soup gently.

    Add prawns and crabstick.

    Stir in cornstarch slurry.

    Once the soup is thick, finish with sesame oil and spring onions.
