Season the chicken pieces with marinade ingredients. Mix it well and set it aside for 15 minutes.

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set it aside.

Add one egg white to the marinated chicken pieces and mix it well. Then coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch or potato starch. Toss the excess flour out before frying.

Heat the oil on high heat, about 350° F. Fry the coated chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes or until crispy golden brown. Remove from oil and set aside.

Heat the wok, add the sauce mixture, and stir it well until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add the fried chicken pieces and toss well with the sauce. Finish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.
