    Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set it aside.

    Heat the pan over medium high heat, add oil.

    Saute minced garlic and white part of spring onions for a few seconds until fragrant.

    Add whisked egg let it set for a few seconds, then stir and break it into small pieces.

    Add cooked rice and seasonings: soy sauce, chicken powder, and white pepper.

    Combine everything well and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

    Finish with spring onions and sesame oil. Toss well and enjoy!
