Combine regular soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper.

Dice the chicken and season it with a tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.

Prepare the veggies.

Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt.

Over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic and chicken.

Push chicken to one side and stir fry eggs.

Set them aside.

Stir fry onions and vegetables.

Add cooked rice, stir-fry sauce, chicken, and scrambled egg to the pan.
