    Add a splash of oil to a pan along with the onions and bacon. Stir for 5-6 minutes until the onions start to soften and the bacon starts to crisp. Add in the garlic and rosemary. Then fry for another few minutes.

    Add the beef mince and cook for 3-4 mins until the meat is browned all over.

    Add the tomato purée, stock cub, water and passata, Stir everything together.

    Simmer and cover with a lid for up to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you have a thick sauce.

    Put the pasta onto boil.

    Drain the spaghetti, serve and top with the bolognese. Sprinkle with parmesan.
